Weather conditions in Telangana are changing. The Meteorological Department has warned that many districts may get rain with thunder, lightning, and strong winds over the next five days.
An orange and yellow alert has been issued. Under the orange alert, hailstorms may occur in Adilabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Medak, and Kamareddy districts. Under the yellow alert, light to moderate rain is expected in several areas, including Hyderabad and Rangareddy.
